"Arrived broken lid made of very low quality plastic. Didn't open it right away so I wasn't aware. But hook on lid mechanism was broken and just fell out of the box. Very disappointed."

This was broken in the shipping process by Amazon. We offer full refund and replacement if they ask. We have no way to reach them.
